Returns

For returns you should always follow the 4 steps mentioned below.

Exclusion of return are:

Decorated artificial Christmas trees, Christmas lights and glass baubles- if marked, except view term.
Refused / will not be considered.

For all your purchases counts a view period of seven working days, unless the offer has excluded this. In this period you can return your unused, undamaged and complete in its original packing. If you decide not to keep the order that we delivered we have to calculate € 5, - extra processing costs. Any damages or defects will also be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to charge any caused damages to returned goods or articles which are sent back due: customer is not at home, wrong address, refused delivery.

The goods need to be in our possession no longer than 7 working days after the day of receipt (so the day that you received our delivery).

Returning of the goods is possible up to and including week 51, after week 51 it is not possible to send back any goods.
