Delivery times
Order placed before 13:00 are sent by DPD on the same working day.
Orders made on Friday after 13:00 and on weekends are sent on the Monday

When you place an order, there is an option at the place where you enter your personal details to choose a different delivery address
Pick up your package
When you place an order, there is an option at the place where you enter your personal details to choose a Parcel Shop from DPD to pick up your package.
You can pick up your package up to 7 days after delivery. After the 7 days DPD will return the package to us.
Are you going to pick up your package at DPD Parcel Shop. Don’t forget to bring your identity card. You must show that the name on the identity card is the same as the name on the package.
Pallet transport
Parcels are sent with DPD. Order more than 10 parcels will be shipped on a pallet. When this is the case, we will contact you because transport costs can be higher.
The Christmas articles are picked up the same working day by DPD and DHL when ordered before 13.00 hours. Deliveries are on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Even better is to fill out an alternative address (family, neighbours, work). For shipments outside Europe and to islands please contact us. The transport costs of pallets can be higher then the customer has paid. We will directly contact you about this. If you don't agree the order will be cancelled.
In case of refusal of the order, or you're not at home, or the delivery address is incomplete, the costs made by us will be charged to you. In absentia the package can not be delivered, you will receive a message in your mailbox from DPD indicating whether the package is sent again, or you can pick it up at the depot of DPD. Also check your tracking link from DPD, which contains all the information.
We can only deliver at a home address, no PO boxes!
Large orders are delivered on pallets and ask more delivery time than specified.
