PE Artificial Christmas trees are made of special PE material; this is poured into a mold so that you almost get a copy of a real branch. The process for making PE artificial Christmas trees is difficult, which is why these trees are also slightly more expensive.
The advantage is that many different molds are used and the branches each look unique. An artificial PE Christmas tree looks lifelike, especially if the branches are also sprayed in multiple colours! In addition, PE has a longer lifespan than the other materials PVC or PP. PE is extremely durable; it is very strong, abrasion resistant and UV resistant.
Polyethene / polyethylene is not quickly broken down by bacteria and is not or hardly subject to corrosion or oxidation. In addition, PE is easy to recycle, because as a thermoplastic it can be melted down and reused. This makes an artificial Christmas tree manufactured with polyethene / polyethylene not only a sensible, but above all a sustainable choice!

The basis of this Green Spruce 100% PE Premium LED artificial Christmas tree is a metal trunk. On this trunk are the side branches with needles made from mixed materials. A part of the branches and needles is made in molds with a PE material. These molds are formed with real pine from nature, giving the soft PE branches and needles the precise shape from nature. The advantage of these branches and needles is that they always remain in good shape.
Sustainability:
This artificial Christmas tree consists of 100% polyethylene / polyethylene. This is extremely durable; very strong and wear resistant.
By adding additives during the production process, polyethylene / polyethylene is UV-resistant.

Hinged Construction:
You can assemble this Green Spruce 100% PE Premium LED artificial Christmas tree very fast by the hinged construction. In this construction the branches are pre-assembled in brackets with a hinge attached to it. The branches fall into the right place as soon as you put the tree up. All you have to do is fold out the small branches so that it becomes a fully shaped artificial Christmas tree. This hinged system also ensures that all LED lights are in the right place and that the lighting cord is hidden between the branches. So you don't have to hang all the LED lights in the tree yourself and the lights are always nicely distributed in your tree. So the trickiest job has already been done!
Components:
The artificial Christmas tree Green Spruce 100% PE Premium LED consists of 3 parts; the top, a middle section and the bottom. The branches with LED lighting in it are already attached to the trunk and you do not have to insert them one by one.
