Do you have a problem with your received article?

  1. Mail to info@royalchristmas.nl.
  2. State your order number in the subject.
  3. Sent an e-mail with the email address of the delivery address stated in the order.
  4. State the complaint + defect.
  5. Send a photo of the entire tree + for trees with LED lighting, the connection in the socket.
  6. We will process your mail within 2 working days.
  7. When answering our e-mails, we request that you respond within 2 working days.
  8. If you do not respond within a reasonable period (4 days), we will assume that the problem has been resolved and we will close the case and your e-mail will be considered not sent.
  9. If the correct information is not provided, we cannot answer your e-mail and will be considered as not received.
